Age Restriction Policy
To ensure the safety of our customers and the proper use of our vehicles, YP Auto Rental & Imports Inc. enforces the following age requirements for all rentals:
1. Minimum Age Requirement
All renters and authorized drivers must be 25 years of age or older at the time of rental.
A valid driver’s license must be held for a minimum of 2 years.
2. Identification Requirements
Drivers must present:
A valid driver’s license
A government-issued ID (passport or national ID card)
Both documents must match the name on the booking
3. Unauthorized Drivers
Individuals under 25 years old are strictly prohibited from operating any rental vehicle.
Anyone who drives the vehicle without being listed as an authorized driver will void the rental agreement and may incur full liability for any damages or incidents.
4. Insurance Eligibility
Insurance coverage provided by YP Auto Rental applies only to authorized drivers who meet the age requirements.
Drivers under 25 are not eligible for coverage under any circumstance.
5. Violation of Age Policy
If this policy is violated, the renter will be responsible for:
All damages to the vehicle
Any third-party liability
Loss of use fees
Contract termination without refund
